Please note:  Due to COVID19 restrictions, we have implimented a number of protocols to keep our shoppers and volunteers safer, including hand sanitizing, mask-wearing, and increased space for physical distancing.

Thrift Shop Sales:

  • When: 10 am – 2 pm on the 3rd Saturday of each month (Look under Events to see our next sale date!)  Note: in April, it will be the 4th Saturday of the month, and in December it will be the 2nd Saturday of the month.
  • Where: St Stephen's Lower Hall, accessible on the west side of the church building

Sorting and Pricing:  If you are interested in volunteering time to join us for sorting and pricing, please contact thriftshop@ststephenburnaby.ca for more information.

  • When is sorting: 10 am – 12 pm each Thursday (except the Thursday after a Thrift Sale Saturday)
  • Where: Lower Hall

Donations:

Please note: We are only accepting donations by prior arrangement as we have a very high inventory. Email thriftshop@ststephenburnaby.ca to see if your items can be accommodated at this time.

We accept donations of sell-able clothing for adults, shoes, accessories, housewares, linens, working small appliances, games, puzzles, and books. We are also interested in craft supplies.  We do not accept children's clothing, chipped dishware, furniture, or the remains of a previous garage sale. It is best to email thriftshop@ststephenburnaby.ca before bringing any donations to the church. Please do not leave donations on church property; items must be accepted by a Thrift Shop volunteer.

The Thrift Shop is run by volunteers from our parish. We collect and sell gently used goods and clothing generously donated by members of the parish and community. The funds we raise go to support our church and organizations like:
