This event has already occurred
On the Feast of St Francis, we will gather in the St Stephen's Memorial Garden (enter through the Parish Hall) to honour our relationship with creation and especially those of God's creatures who make their homes with us. The service will begin at 10:30 and be about 30 minutes long.
Pets are welcome to attend and receive a blessing. Please ensure your pet is leashed/caged and prepared to be with others. Pastor Ruth will be on site for about 30 minutes following the service, if your pet needs a less social opportunity for blessing.
During the service, we will remember the pets already at rest in our Pet Memorial area. If you would like to have your pet's ashes placed in the Memorial area at this service, please reach out to Pastor Ruth.
