Notice is hereby given that the St Stephen the Martyr Anglican Church will hold its Annual Vestry Meeting on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at approximately 11:50 am following in-person worship.
The Annual Vestry Meeting is our regular gathering to review the year that has concluded (2023) and to plan together for the year ahead (2024). At this meeting, the whole parish reviews reports, approves the Parish Budget, and elects officers for Parish Council.
All baptized persons of the age of fifteen or over who are accustomed worshippers within the Parish and have been on the Parish List since November 12, 2023 are eligible to vote at Vestry. Please see Pastor Ruth if you have questions about your eligibility to vote.
Prepared materials will be sent out by email with paper copies available by Sunday, February 11, 2024.
